Return and Refund Policy

Burgati Return & Refund Policy
At Burgati, we stand behind the quality of our professional hair and body care line. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from burgati.com, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for an item purchased directly on burgati.com.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to the hygiene and safety standards of personal care products, opened or used liquid products cannot be returned unless defective.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required to complete your return.

Contact our support team at sales@burgati.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.
If your return is approved, our team will provide you with return shipping instructions and the correct shipping destination address.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on item condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email sales@burgati.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will issue a prepaid return label and send out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us directly at sales@burgati.com.
